1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, deposit funds, or place any bet on t0812. 2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions and Restricted Persons

You may not use t0812 if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, or if you are a politically exposed person (PEP), a person on any sanctions list, or otherwise legally barred from gambling. 3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

t0812 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. As part of our regulatory obligations and internal security protocols, we require all Players to complete a KYC verification process before processing their first withdrawal. You will be asked to upload clear, legible copies of the following documents:

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

t0812 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) per transaction. Most deposits are credited to your account instantly, though bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. t0812 does not charge any fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees — please check with your provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

Withdrawals can be requested to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) per transaction. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required. We reserve the right to conduct security checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. t0812 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees.

4.3 Responsible Deposit Limits

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, you may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting customer support. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

t0812 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, and other incentives ("Bonuses") from time to time. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions. For example, a Bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling thirty times the Bonus amount. 5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

t0812 reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in cases of Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times; colluding with other players; using automated betting systems or bots; placing "risk-free" bets by covering all outcomes of an event; or any other activity we determine to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of the promotion. 6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

Bets are settled according to official results published by the relevant sports governing body or data provider. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will typically be voided and stakes refunded, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. t0812 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious errors in odds, match fixing, or other integrity concerns. 6.2 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games, slots, live dealer games, and table games offered on t0812 are powered by certified game providers using independently audited random number generators (RNGs). Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate. Actual individual session results may vary significantly due to variance and randomness.
